After working for several years as a loan originator and manager for other companies, the owner decided to start his own company, on a platform of dedication to high-quality, premier customer service, to both retail clients and real estate professionals. We strive to meet the home loan applicant’s individual needs, through personal attention to each detail of the loan process. Thousands of satisfied customers later, Primus continues to uphold its mission of providing excellent customer service, competitive rates, and state-of-the-art professional support to our approved brokers, and lending partners. Primus Lending Corporation is a direct lender, with direct endorsed authority from FHA/HUD.
